Bookings are confirmed only after receiving the agreed advance payment and written confirmation from both parties. The booking date remains tentative until the advance is received.
All quotations are valid for 15 days unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on menu selection, guest count, venue, travel distance, seasonal availability, taxes, and additional service requirements.
A booking advance may be required to confirm your event. The remaining balance must be paid before or on the event date as agreed in the quotation.
The final guest count must be confirmed at least 5 days before the event. Billing will be based on the confirmed guest count or the actual number served, whichever is higher.
Changes to menu, venue, event timing, or guest count should be communicated in writing. Additional charges may apply depending on the requested changes.
Cancellation charges are applicable according to our Refund Policy. Advance payments may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on the cancellation timeline.
We prepare food using fresh ingredients while maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety. Food quality may be affected if served significantly later than the scheduled service time due to circumstances beyond our control.

Customers must inform us in advance about any food allergies or dietary restrictions. While every effort is made to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
We shall not be liable for delays or non-performance due to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics, transport disruptions, power failures, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the booked services. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
