Bhubaneswar Catering Services is a food and event catering service; we do not sell or ship physical products in the traditional sense. This Shipping Policy explains how food, equipment and staff are delivered to your event venue.
All catering services are delivered directly to the confirmed event venue on the agreed date and time. There is no separate shipping of goods to a customer's home or address unless specifically arranged as part of your booking.
We currently deliver catering services across Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Khordha, Jatni, Pipili, Puri and nearby areas of Odisha. For venues outside this area, please contact us to check availability; additional travel charges may apply.
Food, equipment and staff are scheduled to arrive at the venue ahead of the confirmed service time to allow for setup. Exact arrival times are agreed upon during booking confirmation.
While we make every effort to arrive on schedule, delivery times may be affected by traffic, weather, venue access restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will communicate any expected delays as soon as possible.
Any rented equipment, décor, or serving materials delivered to the venue remain the property of Bhubaneswar Catering Services and will be collected after the event, unless otherwise agreed.
