Refund & Cancellation Policy

Booking Advance

A booking advance is required to reserve your event date. This amount covers planning, scheduling, menu preparation, procurement, and resource allocation.

Cancellation Charges

• ✔More than 30 days before the event: 90% of the advance amount will be refunded.
• ✔15–30 days before the event: 50% of the advance amount will be refunded.
• ✔7–14 days before the event: 25% of the advance amount will be refunded.
• ✔Less than 7 days before the event: No refund will be provided.

Event Postponement

One-time rescheduling may be permitted subject to availability. The advance amount can be adjusted toward the new event date if requested in writing.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method or by bank transfer.

Non-Refundable Expenses

The following costs are non-refundable once incurred:

• ✔Purchased raw materials
• ✔Customized menu preparations
• ✔Venue visits
• ✔Transportation arrangements
• ✔Decorations arranged on customer request
• ✔Equipment rentals
• ✔Labour costs already committed

Customer Dissatisfaction

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the event. We will review the matter and make reasonable efforts to resolve genuine concerns.
